UPDATE: I do not know if this is just temporary, but I may have seemed to fix the issue on my DTS: Ultra app.
What I did before my DTS: Ultra app worked was to download and install the following updates that were due on my PC, namely: 1) Windows 10, version 21H1; 2) NVIDIA GeForce Game Ready Driver Version No. 496.13; and 3) AMD Driver Update No. 21.8.2. Note: I downloaded and installed everything simultaneously before restarting.
What really fixed the issue, I think, was the installing of the Windows 10, version 21H1. I believe this update has been made available to Windows PCs since May 2021. It's just that I only installed this update today because I thought that it was not necessary for my PC, being considered by Windows itself as an "optional update" only. But hey, look where it got me.
For those who still have this kind of problem, and who prefer not to install Windows 11 yet, try downloading and installing the Windows 10, version 21H1 update. It's safe, and so far, will not give your PC complicated bugs (based on my research). As for the 2 other drivers (NVIDIA and AMD), I think these driver updates are irrelevant in fixing the issue on my DTS: Ultra app since these driver updates pertain to the graphics card of my PC.
So, that is all folks. I hope this helps everyone who may have not have fixed yet the issue on their DTS: Ultra app despite having successfully downloaded and installed the "DTS APO4x" and "DTS APO4x Service" drivers. Also, I would like to thank everyone here who took the time to help the people who are having these kinds of problems, including me.
