BUT!! Where did it go? I haven't paused the updates, because it isn't an important update........ Yet... The computer installes the Windows Defender updates and other updates without taking the updates/uupgrades to newest system.

On a computer, on my work at the workshop we have a Lenovo Thinkpad X200i. There, it also arrived In Windows Update and Security... I just let it "hang" there and wanted to let it wait for some months...
But today, the update was gone. Where it is, I don't know!! :-D No one has installed it, because the computer is still on the 20H2, and in View update history, it isn't shown anywhere as not installed.

🤔 WDF stand for Windows Driver Framework & it is Violated& resulting a Blue Screen(BSoD), & affecting ALL DRIVERS. 😟
Have you tried UNINSTALL ALL DRIVERS you have installed? Just leave what is been there, the first day you bought the PC/Laptop.
If it is ASSEMBLED MACHINE, it could be your drivers is incompatible in your motherboard.
