yes, you will get a recovery partition - you will not get the windriver partition.

Hello, after I bought a new laptop Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G I've installed Windows 10. On the installation menu partition manager told me that Windows will created additional partitions I clicked Ok and MSR 16 MB and WINDRIVER 8 GB partition were created. I wanted to test something and I've reinstalled Windows 10 on same laptop and I deleted all previous partitions. After that I clicked Ok when Windows asked me about additional partition that will be created and I was surprise that WINDRIVER wasn't there. Why this happened and how can I get it back that WINDRIVER partition on the list?

2021-03-21T00:02:38+00:00 Windows 10 did not create the Windows Boot Manager. It is and has been part of the BIOS for years.
The BIOS is put onto the computer by the maker not Microsoft. The BIOS is part of the hardware not Windows 10 or any other operating system.

2021-03-20T23:57:30+00:00 Original post before you did the mistake to merge the to different posts into one to confuse people and divert the discussion was about WINDRIVE partition which is not showing anymore in the partition creating menu at the beginning of the Windows 10 fresh new installation like it showed at first install.
Second question is about removing from BIOS boot list boot list menu the WINDOWS BOOT MANAGER which was created by MICROSOFT WINDOWS 10, not by the 3rd party links or Bing or other Google web sites that you're forcing me to go.
You didn't read any of my posts, that's why you're abusing in here. I wrote before. I have a brand new laptop which came with UEFI Shell 2.7 on it.
