Thank you very much, I don’t know why Microsoft help couldn’t have done that. ? Worked like a charm, now I just need to go back to upgrade something that they admitted making a mistake on. Really appreciate your help.

You should be able to do this without an agent.
Sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/ and click on Payment & Billing, up in the blue banner
Click on Address Book. Add the correct address and remove the old.
