    Try SYSTEM RESTORE on your Commputer  to the time right before that happened. see if that will get your msn back

    I totally agree with you and i have not found a solution as well.. i am in the same boat as you are. it a damn shame that

    Microsoft can not solve these type of problems. i have been at it for week now to restore my msn email that Microsoft claims has not record of..

    Yes, Microsoft has no trouble most of the time taking our money at least  mine . Msn shuts down constantly all day every day fighting for Microsift Edge takeover.
