    I ALSO PAYED MY PREMIUM AND STILL DONT HAVE MSN AND THEIR NUMBERS TO CALL ARE BOGUS HOW DO WE GET HELP THEY TAKE OUR MONEY BUT DONT HELP I HAVE PAYED MICROSOFT BETWEEN 2 VISITS 500 DOLLORS FOR LIFE HELP NOW I NEED HELP AND CANT GET IT I WOULD THINK THEIR IS A LAW AGAINST THIS, I AM OLD AND DONT UNDRSTNT ALL THEIR JIBBERIH ON LINE OF HOW TO FIX THIS I HAVE TRIED WITH NO AVAILE

    Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/expcontact?  Try to get help through the Virtual Agent with questions like

    Paid for MSN but it's not activated

    When suggestions don't help, tell the Virtual Agent that. After a few "didn't helps'"start typing

    Speak to an agent. You should eventually be given that option.

    Just called that number. Voice recording telling people go to "Help.Microsoft.Com" for support issues. I prefer to talk to a live person rather than sit in chat mode.
