Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 will not work on this device?

Hello,

I am excited about the new flight simulator! I just purchased the Premium Deluxe edition from the Microsoft Website and seem to have installed the standard edition. I can see this in the Microsoft Store App. However, the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition have an exclamation point by them, and it sais that this will not work on your device for both the Deluxe and Premium Deluxe edition. I am wondering if I will still be able to access all the features of the Premium Deluxe and Deluxe edition because I paid for them. It seems like the two upgrade versions have not been installed, only the standard edition. It also sais the same thing for a lot of my other apps, but I don't use them. Thank you!

I read in a forum many if not all who purchased the premium are seeing the same thing.  Me included.  It was written that as the regular version hasn't really been released, yet, or installed on your computer, the other two upgrades will not work until it is installed.  Guess I'll see if he was right when it is released for install/use.

    I did indeed get everything to install.  Received all I paid for.  Took a little research online to get the installer program to put FS2020 where I wanted it, but accomplished this as well.

    It sounds as if it is installed but just won't run or run properly.  I suggest clearing and resetting your paging file.  Type 'paging file' into your Windows search bar for how to do this.  Also, you could try running sfc /scannow in an administrator command prompt window which can solve many problems.  Just Google on how to do this if you are unfamiliar with sfc and DISM commands.  But I have also noticed that I sometimes need to hit enter a few times where it says 'press any key'; don't know why but all works well once I get beyond that.

    If you are experiencing slow download speed when downloading Microsoft Flight Simulator, please do the following:

    • In the Windows search bar, type Command and look for ‘Command Prompt’
    • In the menu select “Run as administrator”
    • Enter: netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=normal
    • Press enter
    • Reboot your computer

    We also recommend doing the following:

    • Close the app and restart it rather than letting it hang. Note: the download will resume from where it left off (you will not have to download from the start again)
    • Avoid using WiFi when updating. Try using an ethernet cable instead.
    • Turn off any security software that may be interfering (UAC, Antivirus, Firewall).
    • Change the installation repository (from C: to D: for instance) or try creating a new installation folder in the drive of your choice (for instance create "MSFS" in your C: drive)

    Used task manager to close MSF 2020

    completely shut down machine,

    Restarted, went to start, pressed icon for MSF 2020 and it started to download content, so far so good

    this did not solve my problem

    still stuck on 'press any ke
