My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle. I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics. The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles. The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

2021-03-11T14:23:00+00:00 I have now created a daily scheduled task to stop and start the service. This is a work around since microsoft can't fix the issue.
Could you export and post the task or at least reply with the Action line of the task?

2021-03-11T09:21:09+00:00 Yes indeed, patch Tuesday delivered a load of security updates following which it was back. Using the usual method I needed to force through:

2021-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for X64-based Systems (KB5000802)
Once this was installed, PC appears to be sleeping again. However a word of caution the known issues state this update can cause BSOD with certain printers.

2021-03-11T08:36:14+00:00 I have had this issue for months as well, the only fix is to restart the Windows Update service.
If you run an admin command prompt and type'powercfg -requests' you can see if the service is preventing sleep. I have now created a daily scheduled task to stop and start the service. This is a work around since microsoft can't fix the issue.
