Mouso core worker process

My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle.  I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics.  The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles.  The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

 Why is this happening and what can I do to eliminate this totally annoying phenomena?

    I have Windows 10 Pro 2004, and have MoUsoCoreWorker.exe stopping my HP TouchSmart from going to sleep:

    I checked the same thing and got the same results in December. I dont know why my laptop wont go to sleep and turn off after 20 minutes.

    I have the same problem. I'm surprised it's still not fixed 🤯

    Since monthly updates should have been installed by WU this is the approximately two week window where sleep should be working.  At least its not this messing it up.   For now.  Just wait two weeks.

    For what it's worth, it's easy to temporarily solve this problem by going into Windows Update Settings and pausing updates. Immediately upon doing this, powercfg stopped showing the USO Worker in the "EXECUTION" section.

    Unfortunately, once the pause ends (whether automatically or manually) the problem recurs and the USO Worker thread prevents sleep again. I may have to keep updates paused and set myself a weekly reminder to check, which shouldn't be necessary on a modern OS.

    My machine uses S3 standby. I have to wonder if everyone at Microsoft is using Modern Standby now, and thus they don't even notice when problems occur on S3 standby systems?

    I have the same issue in powercfg. How can i change the line under execution to none. Also hopefully it will remain as
