It has for me as well.
Mouso core worker process
My computer (Windows 10, 64-bit Build 19041) is constantly waking up from sleep and then going back to sleep for a short time only to repeat the cycle. I ran sleep diagnostics on the Windows PowerShell as administrator i.e. powercfg /systemsleepdiagnostics. The report from yesterday (5/31/2020) indicates that my computer awoke from sleep 50-55 times during the course of the day until at about 8:00 p.m., I decided that it was better to fully shut down the computer rather than have these continued cycles. The common thread in all these awakenings from sleep is MoUSO Core Worker Process (MoUsoCoreWorker.exe).

This executable is a Microsoft programming element.
Why is this happening and what can I do to eliminate this totally annoying phenomena?

2020-08-11T14:34:31+00:00 I've finally applied KB4568831 to my second PC which was not sleeping, and it is now sleeping.
Odd that this update does not fix things for everyone.

2020-08-10T18:26:07+00:00 I have the same problem but what I find interesting is that it is only effecting one computer. My other computers, all on the same version of 2004, go to sleep. The offending process doesn't show at all.

2020-08-10T18:18:52+00:00 Same problem here, i noticed pc wouldn't go to sleep anymore since i updated to Windows 10 v 2004 a few weeks ago, powercfg /requests shows MoUsoCoreWorker.exe is keeping it awake, i manually stopped that process and then it works, however it will of course come back, we need a solution for this asap.
