Cortana can't control music.

I am using the latest version of Windows which is Windows 10 2004.

Cortana is updated to the latest version

When i give command to cortana "Play any song"

Cortana replies "Sorry, I can't control your music here."

Please anyone help me with this.

    THERE ISN'T A NOTEBOOK to connect Cortana to a music service !!! you guys took it away so please don't give me that "You need to connect Cortana to a music service" because there's no way to do so !!!!!!!!!!!

    Ha, nope not a bug. Microsoft has decided to strip out all useful features from Cortana over the last year. All it seems able to do these days is check the weather and your calendar. They are trying to market it as a productivity tool instead of a digital assistant. Mostly it looks like Cortana is being abandoned and I won't be surprised to see it disappear entirely over the next year or so.
