Recently my VERY new system has become highly unstable, particularly in games. This is one of the errors I am seeing the most. It's very frustrating.

Turning off all notifications resolved the error messages.  I no longer get the "Event 65, AppModel-Runtime" Errors... Thank you to whoever suggested that in the comments... for some reason I can't find their post to give credit...

    Hello Prakhar,

Thanks for your response.  Here are the answers to your questions.

    1. Build version: 19041.329
    2. This change occurred right after the most recent windows update
    3. I see the error throughout the day.  It seems to occur randomly.  It does not cause BSODs but seems to cause the screen to flicker at times.
    4. Sometimes my applications will crash at the same time as the error.

I will perform your troubleshooting steps and get let you know the results in another reply.

    Thanks!
