Unable to print after installing update KB4560960 and/or KB4561608. Uninstalling updates fixes problem. Reporting bug. This is happening to every Windows 10 computer in our organization as updates install.

For me, the same. Even Microsoft PDF printer keeps not working after installing the fix KB4567512.

2020-06-16T17:19:31+00:00 From the control panel. Highlight KB4560960. Highlighted it. I believe there was an "Uninstall" button that appeared, or else there is an "Uninstall" at the top of the page. Good Luck. This is a Microsoft pain.
The "Uninstall" only apers for the KB that the sistem "thinks" it's safe to uninstal....otherwise it dose not appear
