Signed out of everything on reboot

I have an issue that every time I reboot windows 10 pro, I am signed out of many of my accounts which require me to sign in again.  My google account on chrome, adobe, zoom and Microsoft all require signing in before I can use.  This is particularly a problem with the Adobe products since they are a subscription based I can only use them off-line if I am signed in.  So far, my desktop versions of WhatsApp and Signal do not sign me out.  Is this a setting or a bug?

I am fully updated to the May 2020 update Verson 2004

7-12 for 1909 seems like an old update. Not sure if 1909 was even impacted by this problem. Can you elaborate more on your configuration where you had this problem and what changed to resolve the problem?

    Finally!!!! Today's Windows10 update (7/12/2020 - V 1909 for x64) appears to have resolved this problem.

    Anyone else agree?

This is beyond frustrating. I have also multi factor authentication on many services. This takes a lot of time of me and happening couple of times a day. Seems to be happening to people for like last 5 months and no solution.

Do refer my updated post. That fix helped me. Try that and report whether that was helpful.

    Hi GR17

I have tried that several times and there is no output, i.e. no apps are listed.

When I go into Task Scheduler, all apps were Disabled except for Avast Emergency Update, which I then disabled. That also did not solve the problem. I have tried shutting down several times. No change!

    Any other suggestions?
