Updating to Windows 10 Version 2004/Conexant Drivers

So what do people with computers with Conexant drivers do? Windows Update says update drivers but there are none acceptable, it also says Microsoft is working on a fix ? So what do we do? If there are compatible drivers for devices using Conexant Audio where are they, how do we get them and install or replace them (I have tried everything to no avail). When does MS expect a fix ? Are persons with Conexant audio drivers computers at end of life ? Does anybody care ?

    Exactly the same issue on a HP Envy laptop, install stuck at 61% after receiving the message that 1909 support was ending and I needed to update to 20H2 - simply not good enough from Microsoft.

    I too decided to be patient and wait for the Windows Update block to be removed and have 20H2 offered to my system without performing any gymnastics.

     

    Well, last Friday (April 9) … 20H2 was offered to me (no driver updated was ever offered or installed by Windows Update or my computer manufacturer, Dell). However:

     

    1. During the last stage of the update process while within the Windows Update window - *before* the first reboot (from Windows into the upgrade environment), the progress stalled out at 61%. After waiting for more than an hour …

    I got the progress stalled too for some time. After looking for similar experience on the net I decided to let it do it stuff overnight.

    Next day the update was done.

    I think in a general manner, waiting 1 hour may often not be enough time.

    I have an i7, 16gb ram and ssd

    I received the cumulative update a couple of days ago too but still no 20H2 😤

    I got the 1909 cummulative update on 14/4 and now I'm being offered the upgrade to 20H2 so here goes ...
