Hello

My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.

It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.

Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.

Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

Yep.  Have to reimage from an Acronis backup after the update.

Dropping back from the July updates instantly restores sound.  It's only the loading of the July and forward patches that breaks sound.

    Are you on 2004?

I continue to go around and around... the August 2020 updates didn't improve anything.   All I can do is reimage my machine to prior to the Windows update to regain USB audio.

Nope.  Still no sound.   I can't even get a response to my Case Number now.  Great support, huh?
