Hello
My audio is still not working after the recent Winows 10 Version 2004 update.
It causes the system to auto lockdown after initial booting and the audio functions are now totally lost.
Please let me know what is current status to fix these bugging issues.
Appreciate your urgent attention and reply.

I have the same issue and nothing is working to resolve the "no sound" problem with Windows 10 upgrade
Fixed it FINALLY.
I think what did the trick was using PNPUTIL to delete ALL drivers related to Realtek Audio (you have to go through all the oemXXX.inf files and remove them one by one).

I tried a million other things to no avail, so you may have try those other things in conjunction with this, but try the above if you haven't succeeded with other methods!
Hi I had problems with internal speaker not working on dell 9010. I just grabbed iso of win 10 ver 1909 and used Rufus app to make usb install and all is fixed. Win 10 2004 is no good and caused me a headache. Hope this helps everyone else with same issues.. cant believe it as I thought its gd to grab Latest version but I now know better. All the best. Hope they fix this with next release. Never had these issues before with Windows updates.
I solved it by uninstalling the device. Removing all realtek driver folder and program .. folders. Then when I 're booted the machine the generic windows audio driver got installed.
