Why am I receiving this again. The know issues I have are with KB4557957 which when installed debilitated my printer. I uninstalled the printer driver and reinstalled it at the suggestion of a microsoft person and nothing changed, When I uninstalled the June 10 update the printer worked again, Microsoft also advised that I could not install a part of the update...it was all or nothing....

Regarding service stacks; if you have update version 1909 which service stack should you run, 1903-1909 or 2004? This may seem obvious to you but not to all users. Also, will be prompted when update 2004 is ready? Finally, why does Microsoft make these updates so difficult to understand and install and why do they crash machines and wreck hard drives? Please explain if you can. Should I be considering moving to MAC? I would hate after 30 years of Microsoft OS (since DOS) to finally succumb to my fellow photographers advice to switch to a MAC.

Why am I receiving this again. The know issues I have are with KB4557957 which when installed debilitated my printer.
