Hi, Each and every time when i do some work in explorer like transferring a file from one location to another it always creates a mess with the address bar which is occuring for past 2 major updates 22h2 and now 23h2.
My Win 11 Specs
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 23H2
OS build 22631.2861
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22681.1000.0

After doing some copy paste thing, this happens. Hope you notice that recycle bin is highlighted unwantedly.

However, I am still at Version 23H2 (OS Build 22631.5472) and see that build 26100.4351 was released as an out-of-band update on June 11, 2025 as KB5063060 for Win 11 24H2 so I guess it will be a while before I see it. :-/
Been on Windows since XP (2002); never have I recall this thing happen in XP or Win 7. Never had this happen, not even on Windows 10.
An update:
I can't remember that I saw this ugly addressbar issue the last few weeks.
Could experience it with two systems with identical OS and Experience Pack.
So for my side, it's looking good at the moment. I will continue to observe it.
