I suggest following the steps I took to bypass this KB installation. I posted the procedure on January 18 (on page 15 of this issue's message thread). It's a long post - you can't miss it.
I also took the time to answer someone's questions about the January 18 procedure. Those answers (another long response) were posted on January 22 (on page 22 of this thread).
To be clear, following that procedure doesn't "fix" the problems with KB503441. It just deletes the download from your system so that it doesn't repeatedly attempt to install it, and the second step "hides" KB5034441 so that the Windows Update process ignores trying to download it again.
