Others' (https://www.reddit.com/r/Windows10/comments/192l9kj/cumulative_updates_january_9th_2024/kh32u6f/) and my updated 64-bit W10 Pro. PCs, I'm getting "Status: Download error - 0x80070643" with "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" in 64-bit W10 Pro. right now. I already rebooted once from other today's updates:

Couldn't MS do this to its users automatically without having to do it manually for non-technical users? :/

    Ignore it. Microsoft is probably working on fixing it and this update is useless for most people.

    How did you run it, did you just copy all of the text and paste it into Command Prompt rather than Powershell? When I use Command Prompt it just closes it down and does nothing.

    Thank you. I struggled with running the script (method two), but I think I finally got it. I just have one question. As I read it, the portion of the article that starts with "With that said..." is for method one only. Because I used method two, I don't have to run the "With that said..." portion. Is that how you read it?

    Hey Guys, I was able to fix the issue by running a Powershell script. You can check out how to do it on this post -- https://windowshelpline.com/fix-windows-10-installation-error-0x80070643/

    Didn't work for me I copy the text and run Command Prompt and it just closes down the Command Prompt and the update still fails while trying to install via Windows Updates.
