Windows 10 22h2 security update [KB5034441] fails to install with code: 0x80070643

The latest update downloads and then fails to install.

  • OS Build # 19045.3930.
  • Update Troubleshoot tool repair but it does not help.
  • MS Windows Update Catalog does not have the update.
  • Other updates all went through without any trouble.

This is a brand new update. Is this a known issue? Is there a resolution specific to this update? (Please do not copy and paste standard procedure)

    Having the same issue with different Windows 10 machines. We do not use bit locker. Will wait for MS to get it together and release a new update that will work.

    Same thing here, MiniTool can't extend Recovery partition if it is on the very left.

    You cannot extend the Recovery partition if it is on the very left with MiniTool!

    Thank you @NumskyHusky. I have used the link you provided and have managed to get Windows Update to finally say that I am up to date.

    so far i have had 2 workstations with an issue to this update. doing the resize seemed to have fixed one w/o issue. the second it did not resolve.
