So Recently, I have discovered that my camera suddenly stopped working, I tried as ALL solutions that I could find (Reinstalling the camera app, updating drivers) but it still doesn't fix, I also installed updates to my drivers and I think this is what is causing all of this. Is there any solution Possible? If so, Please Tell me.

The only way I could resolve this so I could use Teams/Zoom was to reset my computer which is a complete pain but it has worked , however taking a picture using the camera still isn't working properly as it shows a picture at 90 degrees. My camera is mostly used for video calls so i can live with this but don't understand why Microsoft haven't resolved this.

I have the same problem and like you, I have tried everything suggested online. I don't want to reset my computer if I don't have to. I am pretty sure some update created this problem. Also my internal speakers all of a sudden stopped working just like the camera. Can't someone fix this. I understand that the driver for the camera is an oem driver, so Microsoft says its a Dell problem.

Does anyone have any other options?

    I have reset my PC.

I tried all other solutions and despite many complaints Microsoft did not provide a solution. I tried all the troubleshooters and the solutions suggested by John J D. None of them work, so because I could not use Teams or Zoom which I badly needed I bit the bullet and reset my PC. it is a major step and time consuming but ultimately worth it. There is a bug in the software on updates that cause this issue and MS seem not be able to identify or solve it and it may not affect everyone but I suspect the configuration of my PC at the time may have caused this to happen.

I think this is currently the only viable way of getting your camera to work.

although I upgrade window 11 but my pc integrated camera is still not working. I checked window 11 camera setting and window 10 camera setting but I haven't found any problem . I also tried to fix the problem by pursuing the Microsoft window supporters but computer integrated camera screen is 100 % screened with dark.
