File explorer not responding in Windows 11. It opens up but becomes unresponsive when you click anywhere.

My advise is to to download Explorer++ from any reliable site, preferably the official site that you can find on this link Explorer++ Site

It's a tiny application that does the same job as Windows Explorer, but way better.

Windows Explorer won't work properly for some reason, and I don't want to go through another Windows 11 re-installation again. Troubleshooting helper isn't helpful at all......

It really uses really RAM. With several tabs.

Sadly, an alternative Windows Explorer relies on Windows native functions.

So, to sum up : this application is handy. It's better that Windows Explorer, faster, etc...

I'm a happy Explorer++ user, not someone paid to promote this application. So, as someone who spends a lot of time on computers (I'm a software dev), I like to work on a computer where I feel at home.

Any one who is familiar with "crunch time" should know how I feel !

I'm sure we will talk again about new VS, .Net, etc

Thanks Bülent_791 ! I followed your instructions, but explorer is behaving itself right now. So, I don't know if I have a fix. If explorer gags again, I will retry your instructions. I appreciate the response.
