I was trying to get my phone number off my old account that my brother was using, but every time I try to add my phone number its keep saying "That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method", and the tab says "Blocked", and at first I thought my account was block [for Some reason], but I could still sign in, Then i tryed to refresh a few times. but that also didnt work, and the thing is I can put the phone number, back on the other account, but not on the other one i'm trying to get it on.

How long does it take for the temporary ban to last as I have exhausted the other options and nothing I working. I have used another browser and it still doesn’t work and I have set up a separate email to fill out a request form but it said the information wasn’t sufficient (I made the security question when I was 8). I really need help getting back into my account as it is hindering me from doing other things

Since the Weekend I have been logged out of my Main email for outlook ******@outlook.com.
When I attempt to reset the password it offers me the choice of using my Personal Phone Number ending in 86. However when I put the 4 digits in I get the message that it cannot be verified.
All I'm requesting is a password reset. I've tried proving it's my account in the recovery page but apparently sending it to my gmail and inputting plenty of previous stuff isn't enough to prove it's me.
Is there a Live chat I can be contacted by or I can access myself, even the number provided through google doesn't help me.

None of these are working. Since your outage, I cannot log in to my emails and from looking online and at social media, millions of others can’t either. Your two step verification and recover is not working
No one can recover outlook email account, if this is blocked one time, try every step to recover but invane. Very disappointing support of microsoft. I think its better to use another email instead. All my portals link with my outlook account but now I am unable to recover it.
