MS troubleshooters almost *never* resolve anything, in my experience.
For instance, this one. It's been chugging for 30 minutes now...and I'm pretty sure I know how it's going to end.

Thank you so much Microsoft as you have started the New Year off with bang with this update failure below on the first patch Tuesday of the year:
Installation Failure: Windows failed to install the following update with error 0x8024200B: 2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441).
Tried multiple times to install this brick but no luck on my OMEN desktop and my wife's Envy laptop. So now what Microsoft?

2024-03-24T17:05:15+00:00 According to the level II Microsoft tech I spoke with the other week this is an in house issue they are working on. It apparently has to do with an update distribution server(s) and the initial program code, although who really knows the real story. They are still working on it and I would assume they will get it fixed at some point. It is recommended that users do nothing as it might make things much worse. Apparently it is crashing some Enterprise edition computers and it's pretty ugly. Be patient.

2024-03-24T16:04:39+00:00 On March 24, 2024, Microsoft tried to install KB5034441 again on Windows 10 Home, which does not even have the BitLocker encryption software that this fix is for. This time it failed for 0x8024200B. This fix has failed to install for me since January 2024.
