Microsoft Sudoku has once again lost my progress on daily challenges. Please advise when this issue will be fixed and my progress will be restored.

I'm still having problems myself. Have followed all instruction issued many times, all to no avail. Microsoft have done something around then end of January to cause this problem. Still waiting for a proper fix.....

Tried this but it still doesn't save my progress each day and it says I'm a guest which I am not. I tried uninstalling too but same keeps happening. Grrrrrrrrr

Report it to support, in Sudoku: Menu (top left), Support (almost bottom of list) and follow instructions.

If everybody opens a ticket then the support team will eventually have to do something.

This is whatt I am getting.

Internet is working well, no issues. I am nto sure what is the setup causing this issue.
