The Instruction at 0x00007FFBCEAC3ACA reference memory at 0x0000000000000024. The memory could not be written.

Click ok to terminate the programme.

I use windows 11 23h2 this happened after the latest update, and happens at shutdown.

sfc /scannow, ran it three times. I do not know what to place on the command line to run

DISM. DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth does NOT WORK. I am frustrated, and nerves are getting bad.

I am NEW to windows 11 and just installed it on my High End Gaming Computer. I am frustrated, after gaming, seeing this

when I shut down.

I NEED HELP NOW please.

I cannot run DISM, till I get the correct command line sequence.

    I also have the same problem, with an error prompt during shutdown. I've reinstalled the operating system three times, and memory check showed no issues.

    Thanks. I have the wired/bluetooth Xbox series X controller, and I have a wired controller too. The issued seemed to be resolved after the last update. I've been using the bluetooth controller. I also changed it to the USB-C port because bluetooth sometimes lags. Even connected there it was not responding right. I plugged in my older Xbox One wired controller (USB A) and everything was good until I shut down. Then I saw the message again!

    I tried the controller in a few different ports and like you said, after running a game, the problem came back. So I tried removing the controller and plugging in an external drive to the USB port, and shutting down. The error came up!

    My KB and Mouse are in USB also, but they are in USB 2, not 3. When it's just them and nothing else, no problem. So I'm beginning to think the USB ports have something to do with this.

    I'm just done with it, so I'm going to put my group policy scripts back in and wait until Microsoft acknowledges and fixes the issue. For me that has been the only thing that worked.

    Yup same for me. The error disappeared for around a day after installing KB5035853 but now it’s come back.

    I’m done waiting for Microsoft to fix this so just going to ignore it :-(

    When I shut down, No Error box.

    Waiting to see if that fixed me issue!
