Windows update (KB5034441) Error (0x80070643)

When I tried to install the windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" I received the error code (0x80070643).

I have already tried, restarting my computer, waiting a bit before retrying, running a memory diagnostic check, checking all my drivers for updates, installing optional updates, and running a malware scan.

When I tried to run the windows update troubleshooter it said "diagnosing problems" but never fixed them and I was still unable to install the update after running the trouble shooter.

Any help would be appreciated.

    fro me it weas working till i got to a certain seecond and it said wouldnt let me go any further it said some of my files were currupt on my comp. i tried to do a diskcheck and that was fine but i still cant do it

    I prepared ~5o windowses that way, and it worked - servers and workstations.

    I looked through the update history and that KB5034441 update is not on the list of any that were installed before or after the Windows repair. Perhaps Microsoft incorporated it with one of the other updates that were installed yesterday. When I clicked on the box to "Check for updates" just now it scanned the system for a bit and says everything is up to date.

    When I followed the tutorial to do the Windows repair I kept the box checked for "Download updates, drivers and optional features", as you suggested to do in a previous reply.

    Thank you for intervening to confirm the validity of this automatic solution.

    To check if the KB5034441 update has been installed, take a look at the window: Settings-Update and security/Windows update-Show update history.

    Request :

    Can you confirm that you have kept the "Download updates, drivers and optional features" box checked?

    REMARK :

    You must not have a high-performance PC, at home with an i5 PC, 2.4 GHZ processor, NVMe SSD drive, 8 GB RAM, the upgrade takes a maximum of 1 hour and the Windows update takes less than a half hour.

    Well, after 24 hours worth of "Repair Install Windows 10 with an In-place Upgrade" and a handful of updates after that it FINALLY finished a few minutes ago and when I ran a check to see if there were any Windows updates available it said mine is up to date. I guess the process works but what a royal pain in the neck (and other places).

    I was concerned that I would lose some important data but everything seems to be still there and working.
