Windows update (KB5034441) Error (0x80070643)

When I tried to install the windows update "2024-01 Security Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5034441)" I received the error code (0x80070643).

I have already tried, restarting my computer, waiting a bit before retrying, running a memory diagnostic check, checking all my drivers for updates, installing optional updates, and running a malware scan.

When I tried to run the windows update troubleshooter it said "diagnosing problems" but never fixed them and I was still unable to install the update after running the trouble shooter.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank You ... Everyone, who replied on this Issue..

VERY WEIRD ... It's ( the DUAL BOOT/Notebook ) not my GO TO machine, if I want to open a browser.. I once had a computer that had Windows 98 installed on it.. IT took about 2 hours to install a DESK on the monitor screen that would open an application, that actually worked when I Clicked on the ICON.. I think that machine had two sticks in 128 k SLOW RAM installed on the Main Board.. That may have been the Bottleneck, of that machine..

NO ONE appears to be worried about their set-up's inability to load this update.. This is the first update/issue that this 15 year old H/P i5 Laptop has displayed.. I'm gonna hate to see it go.. sigh..

Strangely enough, I have a Dual Boot Win 10 and a version of Android (touch screen) NOTE BOOK that I install the latest builds of Windows updates.. It took an afternoon and evening but this update installed, with no issues..

Hey ... Today.. Thank you for the quick reply.. Question ... Again.. Does that mean by-passing Windows 11 and moving to Windows 12?

Unless you use BitLocker, you don't need this update. Plus, Win10 will be out of support a year from October. I would simply bypass this update, it's meaningless.
