I followed the directions but after I reboot it does not work. Two of the lines I added went back from 1 to 0
I added these 3 DWORD names as I did not see any. I did not change anything else.
Can you tell me what I must do?

Since the last update of Windows 10, when I open Windows Live Mail every message produces "Message cannot be displayed." I tried running the "repair" utility, but nothing changed. Is this a widespread issue? I really liked Live Mail and had a lot of messages saved that I can no longer access. HELP!

I'm a low-tech guy but I have a feeling I see a mistake in the image you attached. Very busy today--can you wait till tomorrow? 2020-11-19T06:39:48+00:00 After my desktop automatically applied the Windows 10 update 2020-11 (KB4586781), messages could not be sent or received (Windows Live Mail Error ID: 0x800C013E). This registry fix did the trick! Back in business, thanks so much!!
