Will Microsoft Flight Simulator support multiple monitors?

I do know that this can happen with different configurations of both hardware, OS, graphic card used and Surround setup. 

And keep in mind, that not all apps will play nice with NVidia's Surround Setup and it also depends on exactly how you are using the Surround monitor. For example, when I open a web browser, I just keep the size of the page to roughly the size of one of the monitors. Now I can open several different pages and move them around, re-size them etc, but I don't "full screen" them as they then get stretched across three monitors and it looks distorted.

And not all applications are made to be able to handle the resolutions of a Surround setup monitor system, so that could be the problem also.

But as far as these monitors are concerned, make sure that the combined total horizontal resolution matches (exactly) a supported resolution in whatever application you are running.

If I were you I would definitely try to setup two monitors in Surround and then try re-running FS2020, and see if you have the same problems or not. 

Keep in mind, that if you are trying to run a 3-monitor Surround setup at 2560x1440 @144Hz, (which I'm assuming then that you have setup the Surround at 7680 x 1440) that you are really asking the system to push a lot of pixels at a really high refresh rate. SO ... keeping that in mind, ...

a) what type of system are you running on? Does your CPU and especially your GPU have enough raw processing power for this kind of a setup.  And

b) IMO, you would really be taxing a GTX 1080 to push out this amount of pixel resolution at a very high refresh rate.

Also, keep in mind, the amount of memory on your video card, as that's really important also. MS quoted specs for this is 6GB of video memory minimum, although in my testing so far of FS2020, it hasn't been using that much of my 8GB of memory on my RTX 2080 card.

I have seen a lot of users out there with high-end PCs (Ryzen 9 3900x or 3950x, or Intel Core i9-10900K for example, but then have a middle to upper video card. So unfortunately, your GTX1080, might be the problem. 

These newer video cards, especially the RTX series of NVidia really offer a lot more graphical computing ability, but because of the current demand now (with everyone being at home) the costs of these cards continue to climb to ridiculous prices! So these 2060, 2070 and even 2080 cards are really just not affordable for many people right now (especially with so many people being out of work right now or worrying about their economic near future!) I deal in a lot of computer hardware for my company, and I've seen these prices really go ridiculously sky high lately! Hopefully, we'll see these prices start to become a lot more reasonable going into the fall. (I know NVidia is loving it as their stock price is reflecting this!)

As far as opening another Window up while running FS2020, I did try different key combinations to go into a Windowed mode while running FS2020, but that didn't work, and FS2020 stayed in the full (3 screen Surround) screen mode. But this is something I'll continue to try and experiment with and see if I can open up additional windows in FS2020. THIS would be a REALLY nice plus for FS2020 if its possible, as it was a big plus in FSX, when running separate monitors for the sim.

I have the same monitors no problem what I learned its all about the video card, look for a setting called eyefinity
