I was updating my windows 10 with update assistant and it completed to 100% and the it started verifying the update the it again started downloading the update from 0% plz help what to do

I have Windows 7 Hom Premium. But still, I did not update it. Last few days back I update my PC and tried to install the Windows 7 64 Bit. It is not installed and when I update the 7 to 10, then windows asking the Product key. My Windows 7 product key is not working. How do I solve the issue? @Indian SareesOnline I'm afraid you may be out of luck, I think the upgrade Windows 7 to 10 for free had a short period of time that you could do it, that was long time ago. Unless they changed something in the MS policy you probably need to purchase a new key to upgrade from 7 to 10. If that machine was previously already upgraded to windows 10, Microsoft would have a digital license on record for that machine and it would be automatically activated when you are connected on the network, only in that case you will not need a new license key.

Ya aaaaahhh more bugs without hugs! Will this update tell W10 that the SSD's installed do not need Indexing ticked? Or fix the Pro/Enterprise bug that helped destroy 4.5 gigs of my backups? Of course not but I am sure we got more pretty colors or more useless ****. Or how about a Customer service department with a phone number that speaks fluent ENGLISH?

Why not just keep using something simple instead of MS bloatware crapware? All this newer stuff like facial recognition or iris or even fingerprint is not perfect and yet everyone is being pushed to use it. So passwords or pin is the safest and still only takes a few seconds. Automatic garbage just makes it easier for the person who stole it. Capeesh?!
