RE: your next post about drivers etc.  Consider yourself lucky you are not dealing with driver issues as many of us are, were or will be   :D

I have no clue what the Kaomoji keyboard shortcut bug is.  Don't think it will affect me at all.  You also are MUCH more knowledgeable about computers than I am and, therefore, may be able to fix things a lot quicker than me or know ways to prevent them from happening in the first place.  Always appreciate your replies.

Thank you very much. The kaomoji bug next to Emoji in Emoji Panel I mean.

yes I am very lucky. My driver is fine. my device is an old laptop, a TOSHIBA Satellite L645 laptop.

    Specification:

CPU: Intel Core I3 350M (1st Generation Intel Core, Code name Arrandale)

    RAM: 2 GB DDR3 Speed: 1067 MHz

Storage: 320 GB Hitachi HDD With 5400 RPM Rotation speed with SATA AHCI Mode

I still doubt Driver Booster Programs Such as: Iobit Driver Booster and I entrust Driver Update Through Windows Update Only.

Note: I depend on the same Memory cleaner program and include: RAMMap by Syinternals, to prevent the Program from being moved to a Page File.

Admittedly, I had to web search most of what you responded.  i.e. kaomoji emoji panel, lobit Driver Booster, RAMMap, etc..  You make my head spin :)  Way over my head.

Wellll..... I went to the DARK SIDE: I checked my version of EDGE and it was out of date. So I went to MS and downloaded the newest version thinking it may stop nagging me.  No such luck.  I played around with it some but I still don't plan on using it.  I guess it's just a matter of what I'm familiar with.

I wish MS would first focus on fixing the problem with the update rather than playing around with new browsers, keyboards, etc.

At this point, my thinking is:  so many people have different issues with the update that there is not ONE single fix to repair it.  Things that are broken for some are not the same things that are broken for others.  How do they fix that with a patch???  Thinking impossible.  Again, I'm not a computer expert by any means and I could be wrong about that thought.

["Like car accidents, most hardware problems are due to driver error."]  :D  Thanks again Reno

    You're welcome. Up to you.

By the way the new Start menu In Windows 10 20H2 is very pretty in Windows Insider Release Preview Channel

I have Some Screenshots In Windows 10 20H2 dated 24 Aug 2020 (Show off 😜)

Don't be daft. I just love knowing there are people out there who want to help each other out. While it sounds childish and a lot mushier than I am, adults could use this too right now. Mister Rogers: “When I was a boy and I would see scary things in the news, my mother would say to me, 'Look for the helpers. You will always find people who are helping".

    hi. about the Cortana App:

Since Windows 10 May 2020 Update (Version 2004) the Cortana application has become a separate application from Windows 10 and updated through the Microsoft Store. no longer incorporated into Windows Search.

so you can disable or uninstall the Cortana application as you wish in the Settings application (⚙).

    thanks.

I would like to echo your comments WynnDoze on the impressive accomplishments of Reno and on top of that his willingness to get on here and discuss issues with individuals like me who are really really unimpressed with Microsoft.

That may well be true butthere are a huge number of windows users who DO NOT want edge or cortana. It decreases performance and persistently putting it our task bars and trying to get us to use it is actually pathetic. Give your heads a shake MS.
