The powercfg -duplicatescheme commands may work on some computers depend on which manufacturer model and all I

did was export all the registry files from windows and input a enable and disable attributes command into every each file.

My previous post on page 2 has the Windows official power scheme files with the CsEabled fix and is the only method that actually works!

After trying your first powercfg command method and restarting my computer it did not add the performance power plan.

It just added another balanced power plan. Now I have two balanced power plans.

You shouldn't have it because there are no balanced power plans when using the powercfg command in the read me file.

Power Saver Scheme:

powercfg -duplicatescheme a1841308-3541-4fab-bc81-f71556f20b4a

High Performance Scheme:

powercfg -duplicatescheme 8c5e7fda-e8bf-4a96-9a85-a6e23a8c635c

Ultimate Performance Scheme:

powercfg -duplicatescheme e9a42b02-d5df-448d-aa00-03f14749eb61

If this fails then go to the next step and import power plans from the pow file and using the import powercfg command.

HOW TO IMPORT MISSING POWER SCHEME:

1. Go to Windows start and right-click on the mouse and in the menu select PowerShell (Admin).

2. Before you can import, you will need to edit this command as the same directory path on your computer.

ENTER: powercfg -import C:\Users\NAME\Desktop\Revolutions\Schemes\PLAN.pow

3. You need to change the NAME path to your Windows username and if don't know it, enter netplwiz then click properties.

4. Next, you will need to change the PLAN.pow path to either Power-Saver, High-Performance or Ultimate-Performance.

5. Now you're ready to copy & paste this import command to the PowerShell console and press the Return key.

6. Also you will have to set activate your new power plan but you need to add the GUID code.

ENTER: powercfg -setactive GUID

7. Firstly you need to copy the GUID code from your new power plan by press the Ctrl key + C key.

8. Secondly, paste the GUID code next to the set active command by press the Ctrl key + V key and press the Return key.

9. Finally to verify your new power plan has been successful.

ENTER: powercfg -list or powercfg -list

10. Now press the Return key and a list of all your power plan schemes will be shown.

When is Microsoft adding CsEnabled back to the Registry? 

I use the term when because Microsoft has provided no explanation to the reason why they removed it in the first place. They also greatly restricting their users by disabling it. 

It appears to be the only way to get these Power Options back for all dell laptops.

I have two Systems with Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2. On both Systems there is in the registry no CSEnabled. But on one computer i have all possibilities changing energy settings. But on the other computer i have the same problem as you all!

So I'm not sure that the missing CSEnabled or the latest update is the core problem? 

It would be really nice, when MS would help us to solve this problem. I don't want installing additional software!
