Can't turn on Bluetooth, Bluetooth adapter disappeared both in Device Manager and the Hidden Devices in Device Manager

Hi all,

My PC has been working fine before, but decided to act up today. Out of a sudden, my bluetooth is turned off, and there is no option to turn it back on. I tried reinstalling the drivers, remove, and repair, but it did not help. 

The Bluetooth Adapter is still not showing up in my Device Manager, even when I select to show Hidden Devices.

Now I am stuck, unable to connect to my speakers, controllers, and keyboard. Gotta quickly find a wired keyboard just to type this. On a side note, WiFi is working fine too.

Mainboard is a Gigabyte Aorus B550i, installed both bluetooth drivers from Gigabyte and from Intel, didn't help. Bluetooth adapter is an Intel Wi-Fi 6 AX200.

Please help :(

    Gigabyte B550 Aorus Master ... the same problem .. its annoying

    Ok, I hate to have to suggest this but it is something that I did in the many steps that I took to have my onboard (Gigabyte Aorus B550i Mini ITX) bluetooth to never disappear again. 

    I bought a USB bluetooth adapter off of Amazon (not that this matters where I bought it). Anyways installed the adapter and it had me install a set of drivers specially for the adapter that I had to get here --------> https://www.dropbox.com/s/vcvemz9rwr711rl/5.zip?dl=0

    Anyways I'm not saying that because I installed these drivers that it fixed me however I do know there's something about having drivers that help. 

    So after buying this Bluetooth adapter I used it for a week, then I thought I'll try my built in Bluetooth so I pulled the bought adapter from my USB slot, went to Device Manager and enabled my greyed out motherboard bluetooth under "Show Hidden Devices again). It enabled this time and it's been working ever since.

    Try to install BT drivers from Gigabyte. It should help with BT disappearing.

    I don't think reverting to an older will help.  I tried that myself.

    Shut down the computer normally.  When the lights and fans are off remove the power cord at the back. wait 30 seconds and turn on the computer.  It should rediscover your bluetooth and it should work now.  

    If that fails tell Gigabyte to FEDEX you a new motherboard and explain the problem to them.  They may be having severe COV-19 issues.  They never answered my Phone calls or emails. Good Luck.

    They will fix it be patient and do'n stop bugging them.

    See the explanations above about power down / drain power / power up .. that will temporarily restore the device.

    For a longer term solution, you probably need to revert to the F2 BIOS (I am using F4 which also seems ok).

    For a longer, longer term solution we all need to 'kick' Gigabyte and/or Intel :)
