Microsoft Authenticator App stop receiving Push Notification

The Auth App stop receiving Push Notifications and show an error. If I open the App at the moment to sign-in, I received the Push notification and press approve. The error the App display is "Error changing device token. You must delete and reactive your accounts to correct the issue." Before the issue start, I configured the Auth App on another device (iPad) and still worked.

I submitted an issue feedback with diagnostics from the App on my iPhone, the Incident ID is J6V285M. Can someone provide feedback about this issue?

If you still on this or anyone else will get here through google search (as myself), this is, what helped me:

Experienced the same. Deletion and re-adding the account did not work, i got timeouts and more errors.
Resetting MFA from Admincenter worked neither.

In the end, i backed up the data in iCloud, uninstalled and reinstalled the app and reimported backed up data.
All restored accounts needs to be reauthenticated, you can't use them right away. But the error was gone and the list of accounts was kept.

Alternative that works for me: in the browser when setting up MFA, select the 'Other Authenticator App' link. And then via Microsoft Authenticator App with 'School or workaccount' the displayed QR code is successful enrolled.

William's answer did work for me, but the authenticator app was registered for app code authentication rather than push notification with a number. Martin's answer did work for me. But, yes, left many accounts in "Action required" state. Hoping I can recover all the accounts. :-)

I also got the following error when trying to add the account using a QR code:

Error receiving push notifications. Make sure that push notifications are enabled on the phone and verify you have network connectivity

Notifications are enabled on my iPhone.

Deleting the Microsoft Authenticator app from my iPhone and re-installing solved the log-in issue for me. The restore has only recovered my Microsoft accounts. It looks like I'll have to re-add all of the other apps that I use with MFA.

I'm in the same scenario as described above - no push notifications being received and any attempt to re-add account gives "Error changing device token. You must delete and reactivate your accounts to correct the issue". I have 26 accounts across various sites and tenancies. Deleting one and re-creating made no difference. Can't add any new account either.

I think I need to delete the app and re-install - which is scary, and seems so unnecessary. Surely this is a bug that the Microsoft Authenticator app itself should have a fix/recovery process for? I've been stuck for more than 4 weeks and I keep waiting for an update from the App Store to fix the issue and avoid the risk of re-installing and losing access to all my accounts.
