Hi, I too faced the same problem and i tried with various command prompt codes and found that the error was occurred due to crash in Cortana. Just reset the Cortana the error will fix automatically.

این نوشته دو یا سه روز است که تا ویندوز بالا میاد اونم میاد فقط یک کار غیر معمول کردم اون هم اجازه دادم برنامه ای به نام ریستور مثلا کمبود و نواقص ویندوز ویا دستگاه رو اصلاح کنند اما بعدش خیلی چیزها قاطی شد میخوام بگم وقتی فکر کردم متوجه شدم یکبار چند سال پیش همین برنامه رو اجازه دادمدتمام سیستمم بهم ریخت ،ایا شما قبول دارید که شاید برنامه ایی عامل چنین مشکللتی باشه ممنون میشم پاسخ بدید
