lost a level 102 character to a bug, i didnt even do anything with any files in my pc, havent installed anything or done anything, it just deleted itself, **** thisgame

Yesterday, I was playing minecraft dungeons and i reach like level 11. Today, I re-installed windows 10 in my pc and I see that I have to start the game again from lvl 1. Is there any option to sync my last character? What should i do? I'm with the same account. (sorry for my bad english)

2020-06-07T17:08:10+00:00 Same thing happened to me on PS4 Pro Other person didnt lose their save at level 20 but mine is gone at 14. We went to play together and mine was level 1 again with nothing. We looked at both saved files in the profile’s settings and hers still had the correct save level then when we looked at mine it had two level zeros and two level ones... everything was gone entirely. Now she doesnt want to even play until something changes incase she loses everything too...

2020-06-06T05:35:13+00:00 Really apperticate losing my character in this game, really shows how much Microsoft actually cares about their game to leave this much of an issue in their game and not caring at all to help fix the problem or support people who wasted their money on this game just to lose all their time and effort just because they had to uninstall or had a power flicker. Anyone who doesn't have the game and is wanting to get it, hear my warning this game will delete your save file and you won't get any support from Microsoft so I wouldn't waster $30 to $50 dollars on a game that you'll stop playing once that happens.
