How do I reinstall my Bluetooth driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

I have been trying to turn on my Bluetooth for this laptop for the past 2 months and the icon is not available in the action center and I have tried any and every solution. How do I get back my Bluetooth driver?

    It's insulting how MS engineers break things like Bluetooth drivers with their updates and then act like they don't know anything about it.

    Since Microsoft has no competing technology of its own to promote, and in light of the fact that Microsoft is a member of the Bluetooth SIG that owns and develops Bluetooth, and seeing that Microsoft relies on Bluetooth for some of its own hardware, it's hard for me to think of why Microsoft would want to 'break' Bluetooth. Do you have any ideas?
