How do I reinstall my Bluetooth driver on my Windows 10 laptop?

I have been trying to turn on my Bluetooth for this laptop for the past 2 months and the icon is not available in the action center and I have tried any and every solution. How do I get back my Bluetooth driver?

    Hello Osborne_137,

    Thank you for updating me that information. When I checked on the support page, Only windows 7 have the latest drivers. There's no current drivers for Windows 10.

    Open Device Manager then Please take a screenshot of the Bluetooth adapters on the list. Please post on your next reply. According to another forums "This Lenovo driver worked for me. Windows 10, Dell E6400 Notebook" Hope the below drivers will work on your device.

    Thank you for updating me that information. Did you try to download and install the lenovo bluetooth driver?

    if doesn't work, WIN+X then Select Device Manager

    right-click the Broadcom USH, and then click “Update Driver” to search for a new driver.

    Click "Update Driver" in "Device Manager."

    Click “Search Automatically for Updated Driver Software” if you want to search for a driver automatically.

    If you downloaded the driver from the manufacturer’s website (and it doesn’t include an automatic installer), click “Browse My Computer for Driver Software” and follow the Let me pick from a list of available drivers from my computer

    Try the given driver there. click Next then Finish.

    Restart your Computer.

    If still doesn't work, Uninstall the Broadcom USH

    Then restart your Computer
