    Hi

This latest update has messed up my sound when plugging in my headphones, I get very little sound. I have checked the driver for updates, my volume mixer is at max for all sounds and I can barely hear my music. There has been som any problems I have had to fix. I like many people are working from home and need to be able to use my headphones while my partner is on a call. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!! And don't tell me it is a problem on my end. This worked until I did an update. Thank you.

I've been having problems with the KB4556799 update- I can't get the update to work. I keep getting 'Error 0x800f0831'. I've tried nearly everything, Windows Help wasn't great, I've tried the MS Dos as recommended but it takes ages. All I'm getting from Windows Update is 'Your device is missing important security and quality fixes.' I've even tried the Direct Download links but I keep getting errors. I don't know if anyone else is having the same problem as me but any help/advice would be great obs, Thanks! :)

    Hi

My audio suddenly stopped working after the May 12th update?

    Anyone experience something similar?

Went through the whole process of trying to find a solution - delete and boot install factory drivers, downloaded and reinstall manually the new drivers direct from manufacturers - nothing worked. Im at the point that Im going to have to uninstall the updates to see if that will change anything.

would appreciate any insight or advice.

Ater install of KB4556799 I can't access a COM+ library made in .Net from within an Excel Module, more details (and screenshots and the code for the library) in feedback hub https://aka.ms/AA8fi12 as follows

When using CreateObject("NameOfLibrary") on an Excel Module to access a Library created on .Net I get "Run-time error '429': ActiveX component can't create object" on the first run and "Run-time error '70': Permission denied".

When running Excel as Admin I get "Run-time error '430': Class does not support Automation or does not support expected interface".

I've include screenshots of the creation of the library as well as the error. Used a VM with a fresh intall of Windows 10 Enterprise (v1909) to confirm that it worked prior to KB4556799.
