    1909**, trying again using the assistant, stuck on 86%. At this point I'm staying with 1909**

    No except that they have really fouled up Cortana. Everything else is cool. 

    For me, anyway.

    Do you have Windows 10 Version 1903 or Version 1909?

    If not you cannot update yet.

    It is coming for earlier versions of Windows 10 slowly.
