    It won't be the dark theme unless you choose that but it should say the same

    And it is not called rollback it is called Recovery

    computer stalls when I select rollback to earlier version--screen looks nothing like above.

    The usual way. Type rollback in your search window go to reset this pc (or whatever)

    See where it says Go Back to the Previous Version?

    Select that.

    Follow instructions.
