my Laptop sound just stopped working, i have run the troubleshoot and the message i get from it: "Troubleshoot cannot explain the problem or fix it". it hampers the kids online school sesssions. please help

Don't buy windows 10, Don't buy windows until windows xp comes back and if they don't bring xp back then don't buy windows at all
