Windows 10 v2004 is not yet available to me but I was able to download it manually via Media Creation Tool: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10. It installed without any issue but I must say I am disappointed with the update. There is really nothing much to expect. Old issues with my computer caused by the previous updates are still not solved. Overall, I will give this update a 5/10. . .

Windows version v2004 (20H1) is already released. If you want to update then go to Windows update page and run Media Creation Tool and select Update this PC. This load all required files and update your PC, but don't create ISO.

Kapil give good instructions how to use ISO in in-place upgrade, try it first.

If that doesn't work then there is another things to try, but now you have ISO downloaded and you don't need to load again on each attempt.

    Some things you can try:

    On File Explorer

      Delete content of folder  C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download

Open Command Prompt (CMD) As Admin and run commands to check system files:

      sfc /scannow

      DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Check known issues list. Conexant audio drivers has known to cause update issues.

Uninstall any 3rd part AV program (if installed) using manufacturer uninstall tool.

That disk space should be enough as as shown in these 4 screenshots. You have some other issues.

    1. Before running MCT on 18363 (Free space 14.79 GB)
    2. MCT is asking to Install (Free space 10.22 GB)
    3. Installing in 95% and almost ready to restart (Free space 9,43 GB)
    4. Upgrade completed (Free space 13.15 GB without disk cleanup)
