Download a file to a particular drive

I usually d/l on my data disk, drive H. Recently, for some reason I cannot now. I using Utorrent. When I do, an error shows up: "Error: The system cannot find the path specified (WriteToDisk)." Excuse me??? I have enough space on my drive. I am forced to use another drive, drive G; but this drive is skating on thin ice as far as space is concerned.  The drives I wanted to d/led the file is 2.3Gbs; the space on the drive is 14.5Gbs. Do you think Microsoft update in May could have caused it? On the same token wouldn't it affected drive C, which it didn't? What I did was d/l the file to Drive F (USB drive) and when done, transferred the file to drive H. In the process, a window appeared and told me I have to have special permission to transfer the file. Should I continue? I chose yes and it did. I went to my files and looked up the properties of the folder download in drive H. In the permission, every check box is checked expect FULL CONTROL and the property window is greyed out. I can't do anything to the window!!! Very frustrating... :-(  I am the administrator.

UPDATE:   I used: drive H alone and it started downloading. Any other folder won't.  NOTE: In drive H, there are 4 subdirectories. The last one was just administrated, the video file. In that folder, I looked into the properties. In the subtab, security, FULL CONTROL is allowed. It is still in relief though. The other 3 subdirectories DOES NOT allow FULL CONTROL, also in relief. Also, in 3 of the previous subdirectories of drive H, I checked in the Permission category and I cannot add nor remove any permission status; but the last subdirectory I can. Would someone please tell me what am I doing wrong???

    The answer to question one is I added those drives at different times.  Originally, I purchased my 2Tb drive over 11 years ago.  Something went wrong and was suggested that I should use another drive specifically for my programs (currently drive G) and use my 2Tb drive for my data.  When I managed to purchase a SSD, I did.  I moved my operating system and my programs from my G drive (which was C) to my SSD drive, which is now my C drive.  Along the way, I had to format the drive before it could be used.  Microsoft "told" me I had to partition the drive so can be useable, hence the System Reserved portion.  Besides, everything was running smooth for the longest time until two of three weeks ago!  WHAT HAPPENED!!??

    I'm using a MSI system, mother board Z370 SLI Plus with an i5 8600k.  I purchased it about 2 years ago and installed the drives.  Updated Windows 10 last time updating was called for.

    If you think it's best to follow your instruction. I'm with you.  I copied this page and sent it via email to my cell.  I hope it works... :-|

    David why are there three System Reserved partitions marked Active - do you have three different operating systems on the PC? I dont' think so because H data partition is on one of these drives which have bootable live WIndows boot partitions marked Active which means the BIOS is being told they are standing by to boot WIndows, and all are queried each time you start the PC.

    The most basic thing we need to do when we remove an operating system is to wipe the drive of bootable code and old boot partitions so they don't interfere.

    For now power off to unplug the data cable from Disks 1 and 2, then power on to test that the System Reserved on Disk 0 is the one which is booting C. It should be, but we dont' take things for granted when the disk configuration is this whacked.

    If so then plug them back in and mark D and E Inactive following this guide:

    Now delete D & E in Disk management. If it wont' do the job then follow this guide:

    Once these are deleted run a Disk Check on all drives:

    Then see if you can copy files to H. If not do you have a drive you can back up the files from H onto to properly clean and reformat the drive as should have been done when it was changed from a WIndows drive? Does H still have WIndows files on it?

    If you can back up the files, then confirm they all got copied, which is easiest by comparing the size in the H Properties box (right click H > Properties) with the destination drive Properties box placed side by side. Do not proceed until you are positive every file from H has been transferred.

    Then wipe and reformat the drive as shown here:
