I had the same issue and it is solved after i disconnected my Bluetooth Speaker from Denon.
Audio and video pauses automatically
Audio and video pause automatically (and sometimes pause and play) only when I use an internal (Youtube, google) or 3rd party software (windows media player, VLC, films &TVs ).
- It happens only when I am playing a video or audio.
- No virus (after scan)
- Since the spacebar key is usually associated with play & pause, I tried typing something in MS word. I did not see any auto space being generated between 2 letters. (tested for 5 mins)
- Autoplay and pause (sometimes just pause) occur maybe after 20 seconds. (it is random)
- I can actually see the virtual pause and play button is toggled. (no other error message is shown, it happens as if I am physically pressing the spacebar key.
- issues in Windows 10
7. the window also very lag when it happening
- Driver issues? Which driver is it? Any suggestions or experiences? Please share your thoughts.

2021-06-06T05:54:32+00:00 Hi,
Description of the problem is very accurate. in my case some windows updates solved it, others bought it back. some times updating drivers (bluetooth specially) solves it temporarily. Now i see some hope in windows 21h1 update. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/whats-new/whats-new-windows-10-version-21h1 Check out the "General fixes" topic as it talks about fixing a video flickering issue. I hope this works.

2021-05-25T19:51:27+00:00 My issues were similar to what you describe. My solution was to disconnect a Bluetooth device that was connected to my Dell XPS laptop. Very weird but that fixed it.
