After updating itself. I have lost my Bluetooth entirely. As above it's disappointing when a supposedly top company can't seem to make a programme that works efficiently. I was much better with Vista, at least things worked. They bring out these new operating systems and they seem to get worse.
Why is Windows 10 Bluetooth so so so bad ?
I am sick of connecting through Bluetooth on my Windows 10
- Disconnects automatically randomly
- Bluetooth is on but can't connect to the device because it tells that your bluetooth is off.
- Devices appear when bluetooth is toggled off, disappear when toggled on.
- Nothing happens no matter what you try. The only solution is to restart your device.
- After restarting, works for some time. Then randomly ... (please start from point 1 again).
I am so sick of this happening everytime. How can it be so bad? Is Microsoft doing absolutely nothing to fix this.
It makes me want to throw my laptop and pull out my hair. Then I remember, how stupid of me. This has got to do with my Windows, software. How will throwing my laptop help. And then I remember again; if it's a software - it can be fixed! Fix it please!! You made such a huge operating system, you can maybe fix a bluetooth.
PS - I'll check this thread later. I need to restart my system again, need to connect to bluetooth

2021-07-09T22:17:32+00:00 So, I walked into a Microsoft store the other day and started looking at laptops. The salesperson came up and asked, well what do you think? I said, it looks great! It's silver like I wanted and seems to be fast. The salesperson said, yes, the SDD drive is super-fast! I said, great does it have wifi? The salesperson said, no it doesn't have wifi. I said, what? this is 2021! how can it NOT have wifi? The salesperson said, but it's silver and looks great, doesn't it? I said, but it's not a laptop without wifi!
We would never imagine walking in a store and having that conversation. Because it's not a laptop without wifi in 2021. Microsoft would never imagine that conversation as acceptable. HELLO!! MICROSOFT... IS ANYONE THERE? IT'S NOT A LAPTOP WITHOUT BLUETOOTH!! WHY IS THIS REACURRING PROBLEM ACCEPTABLE?
P.S. - My Bluetooth keyboard stopped working while typing this!!! So did my Bluetooth mouse and my Bluetooth earbuds. Microsoft, are you getting the picture here?

2021-06-15T11:17:56+00:00 I would like to also add my frustration to the table. Hopefully Microsoft actually pay attention to this thread.
Simply trying to connect my Bluetooth headphones with built in mic to windows for some gaming. I have no interest in buying a dedicated gaming headset.
You can imagine my surprise when find something that Apple and Google have made so simple, so incredibly convoluted and complicated on windows. The amount of times I wanted to throw my computer just to get the headphones and mic working at the same time only to find the sound quality gets destroyed. What an absolute mess. How can anyone claim Windows to be an advanced OS if it can't even handle a bluetooth headset, let alone proper colour management.
Microsoft this what you call an operating system is an absolute joke. Mac OS far superior, at least Mac supports headsets properly.

2021-05-05T04:36:23+00:00 Same problems here. Bluetooth loses connection even if i dont leave the room. Same headset on my Iphone can be used in any room of the house. I have used 3 different Bluetooth dongles, 3 headsets and always the same issues. It's not as if bluetooth is new and nobody knows how to write code for it.
To rub salt into the wound this weeks Windows 10 upadate overwrote the drivers for my Realtek Audio. New MS Driver had no Stereo mix. Might not seem much but almost all of mr SDR Radio software uses Stereo Mix to send the Audio out.I wil just run around the web and find realtek drivers again. Why will they never learn to stop fixing things that are not broken.
