Cumulative Updates - March 10th 2020

Jeez luis just make a working product. You people went to school and are certified for this. I mean why notify us of updates if there are ALWAYS updates being downloaded and applied, gigs worth? We can see our internet download traffic going up and notice the rest of our connectivity is buggered. And all for one update after another that instead of fixing the issue makes it worse and creates more. Again as before two things 1.) Open a contact form that you will contact patrons and let them know the day you actually fixed it all and 2.) Stop trying to make one OS multiplatform, that is the cause of most of your issues. The hardware between touch screen devices and non is too different to have software that caters to both. It's that easy mates. You guys are the industry leader and have been for decades, your products shouldn't be this buggy.

Wonderful.  Hope others read this and go through the steps as we did.  And my sister also succeeded by disabling her Anti Virus first.  And after doing the Cumulative Framework Update, do a restart before the 1909 one, and make sure you have the 1903 installed first.  Microsoft does not tell you that.

I was able to completely download and install the Cumulative first, then Restart.  Go back to Updates and check for new updates.  The 1909 came up.  I downloaded and installed it successfully within 10 minutes.  It restarted during the process twice.  I have always used Windows Defender & Malware and Windows Firewall.  I also had already installed last year, the 1903 Update.  I can't say for sure, but it appears people who use different Anti Virus products are having issues with this new Update.  Plus you probably need that 1903 installed first.  It says FROM 1903 to 1909. You can call Microsoft or go to Microsoft Support on line, not this Community, because this is not actually Microsoft support.  It is for Consumers to Discuss issues and seek solutions from Consumers, not Microsoft answers from Microsoft Technicians.  My sister, Disabled her McAfee Antivirus long enough to install that 1909, but she also already had 1903 installed. Hers installed correctly.    So,  As everyone else on here, this is just a suggestion.

I am not able to update my laptop from windows 10 1809 to 1909 . while downloading i am getting an error called 0*8007000e. due to this i am not able open chrome and automatically it gets closed and an the gets coverted to safe mode automatically. so kindly take a look for it . i trust you can give me a solution.
